Why I started Yakkr.
I co-own a trade business, so I know what a missed call costs. You're up a ladder or halfway through a job, the phone rings out, and the customer rings the next name on Google. Quotes go out and never get chased. Invoices wait for Sunday night.
Plenty of small trade businesses don't have an office manager, and hiring one is a big step. The tools that could help are out there, but nobody has time to set them up, connect them to Fergus and Xero, and keep them working.
So that's what Yakkr does. We set up the whole back office for you, run it, check it, and send you a plain report each month showing what it's worth. You stay on the tools.
